- The Manufacturing vessels are provided with Limpet Coils or Jacket for heating & Cooling and are specially designed with Vacuum Compatibility to facilitate transfer of Sugar from Stores to Sugar Melting Vessel
- The entry of all Propeller type Stirrer is from Bottom through a specially designed Double Cartridge Mechanical Seal.
- In-line Homogenizer is provided for making syrup/suspension with re-circulation
- Capable Filtration System for the clear/suspension syrups.
- System Qualification Documents like DQ, FAT, OQ & IQ Protocols.
- CIP (Clean in Place) Cycle for cleaning the system
- PLC based Automatic Operating Plant can be designed as per requirement
- All product Contact parts are of AISI SS 316L & Non-contact parts are of SS 304.
- All product pipelines are seamless and internally Electropolished.
